The mission of the Dutton Elementary PTO is.........

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school and community.

•To provide students the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers and community.

•To raise funds to support and enhance the educational program at Dutton Elementary School.

Our Parent Teacher Organization welcomes all parents to join us for our meetings. Our meetings for the 2016/2017 school year will take place from 7-8p.m. in the school library on 9/13/16, 12/6/16 and 2/7/17. 

 

UPCOMING PTO EVENTS:

January 25th 5-8pm is Dutton Elementary Fundraiser night at Potbelly!!

Join us for this fundraiser night for dinner at Potbelly Centerpoint Mall 3550 28th St. Potbelly will donate 25% of the net sales from 5-8pm to Dutton Elementary PTO.   The class that brings in the most people wins milk and cookies brought in for the whole class and there will drawings for free sandwiches!!   We hope you can join us for this tasty and fun fundraiser!!

February 23 5-8pm is C.A.T.S Family Fun Night!!

Hosted by 5th Grade teachers,  students and parents to raise funds for the fifth grade field trip and this year there will also be a silent auction fundraiser hosted by the Dutton Elementary PTO to raise funds for the new playground!!  

Who:  All Dutton students and their families

What: Join us for fun-filled family night at Dutton Elementary School watching movies, eating pizza, popcorn,  cookies, etc. and playing dodgeball or basketball in the gym.  You can also try to win some tasty treats at the junk food walk or great books at the book walk.   The PTO will have lots of awesome prizes at the PTO's Silent Auction!  It will be a fun time hanging out with family and friends!!  

Cost:  Admission is $5 per person, children and adults.  There will be food for purchase at the event including pizza, popcorn, chips, desert, drinks at $5 for a meal or items individually if desired.

When: February 23, 2017 from 5-8pm

Where:  Dutton Elementary in the gymnasium, cafeteria, various classrooms and the PTO's silent auction will be in the library.

Once an account is set up using the Dutton Elementary enrollment code of 3ECELB6A43258 , an order can be placed online at www.shopwithscrip.com from hundreds of different merchants ranging from various restaurant chains, retail clothing and accessory lines, grocery stores, vacation travel options and much more. An order form can be sent to the Dutton office no later than Monday at 2:30 (an order cannot be processed without payment) (checks made out to Dutton PTO) and we will order the gift cards for you. Gift cards are then delivered Friday via back pack mail or office pickup depending on your choice of delivery.

What does this all mean.......Free money for our school that will go towards new playground equipment!!
