Once Sections I and II are finished, scan the permit and email it to Mrs.Gina Giuliano-Durkee at In person assistance will also be available during the summer months on M-Th from 8AM-3PM.

Executive Order

Please review Executive Order No. 2020-116, addressing work permits. This order went into effect on May 11, 2020, and will now continue through July 3, 2020. It includes the following statements:

  • An issuing officer may accept and examine a work permit application (including any accompanying materials) submitted by alternative means including mail, e-mail, fax, or web-based form.
  • The color of work permits for minors under 16 years of age does not need to be distinct from that of work permits for minors 16 years of age and over.
