Welcome To Kraft Meadows (Caledonia) Intermediate School Athletics!
Kraft Meadows (Caledonia) Intermediate School is a member of the West Michigan Middle School Conference (WMMSC). This conference is made up of the Central, East, Northeast, Northwest, South and Southwest Divisions. Kraft Meadows is a member of the South Divisions along with Byron Center, East Grand Rapids, East Kentwood - Valleywood MS, Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville), and Wayland. In some athletic events, we will be crossing over with schools from other divisions.

Important Information / Forms
All Kraft Meadows students participating in a school-sponsored sport must have an athletic physical on file. This physical must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician. Forms can be downloaded and printed here.
School-sponsored sports that require an Athletic physical are Coed Cross Country, Coed Wrestling, Coed Track, and Boys and Girls Tennis.
