**ITINERARIES: ** Thanks to Hastings HS for fitting us in after the Alma College Invite Cancelled their show.  Timeframe below - despite the venue change it’s about what I predicted it would be on our Calendar, but we are done a bit earlier in the evening due to travel time.
**October 3 - Hastings Invitational**
**Saturday** **October 3** - Hastings Invitational at Hastings HS ([map](https://maps.app.goo.gl/UsyKx4ZzroQt2ruV7)) Parents are welcome and Encouraged to Attend. Tickets available at Gate -  Adults $10, Senior Citizens $9, k-12 Students $5 **Students:** Please eat prior to call time (but bring snacks or something to eat later on the bus if you get hungry)...Band Council and Section Leaders will also be working to coordinate food prior to departure (more details to follow early next week)
1:45pm - Band Room Opens (front ensemble/equipment movers arrive) 2:15pm - RTP on Practice Field for Warm-Up Rehearsal 3:15pm - Load Semi/eat 3:30pm - Uniform Room opens to change 4:15pm - Depart CHS for Hastings HS 4:45pm - Arrive at Hastings HS and Unload 5:30pm- Warm-Up 6:00pm - Move to Performance **6:15pm - PERFORMANCE!** 6:30pm - Return to Semi and Load 7:15pm - Approximate Departure from Hastings 7:45pm - Approximate arrival at CHS/Unload/Change/PickUp
