The mission of the Dutton Elementary PTO is:
- To promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community.
- To provide students the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers, and community.
- To raise funds to support and enhance the educational program at Dutton Elementary School.
