The mission of the Dutton Elementary PTO is:

To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school and community.
To provide students the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction of parents, teachers and community.
To raise funds to support and enhance the educational program at Dutton Elementary School.
