Y-Care Afterschool Program

Sun Bucks: Summer EBT Benefits for Families

Sun Bucks (formerly known as Summer EBT) is a program designed to help families purchase nutritious food for their school-aged children during the summer months when school meals are not available. Eligible families will receive $120 per child to use toward groceries this summer. Many families will be automatically enrolled and do not need to apply. This important support helps ensure children have access to the food they need all year long.

Free PreK Caledonia Community Schools is proud to offer FREE, full-day PreK for 4-year-olds, available at all five elementary schools with overflow classes located at the Duncan Lake Early Childhood Center. Enrollment is now open, giving families the opportunity to explore a high-quality early learning experience that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Taught by CCS staff in engaging classroom environments, our PreK program helps set a strong foundation for future success.
