25-26 KCTC Visits
KCTC visits are open to 10th & 11th graders only and are required in order to request enrollment for next year's program. There are two different types of visits offered:
1. FULL as of 9/16/25 - KCTC Full (CTE) Building Tour: These tours will showcase ALL of the Full CTE programs available at KCTC. These tours are for students that are unsure of which Full CTE program to participate in. Tours will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 25, 2025 to October 23, 2025.
2. KCTC Career Pathway Visit: Career Pathways visits are for students that have identified a career pathway they are interested in and want to explore KCTC programs within it. Visits will begin on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting November 2025 - March 2026, on a rotational schedule.
TO SIGN UP
1. Please complete this form if you would like to schedule a visit.
2. Your visit will be scheduled with KCTC and an email with details regarding that visit will be distributed to you and your parent or guardian. Included will be a link to a Digital Permission Form. Please make sure this is completed 1 week before your visit takes place.
3. The day before your visit you will receive a STUPass via your school email to leave school at 11:25 AM. All students should eat first lunch. If you don't normally eat first lunch, show your pass to your 4th hour teacher. If your visit is on a Seminar day, attend Wave 1 of Seminar and then eat lunch in the North Cafeteria. Catch the bus at 11:25 AM, at the North Campus Main Entrance (Door #1). You will return to school by the end of the day.
4. At the end of January, an Enrollment Form will be sent to students who went on a visit. On it, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you want to apply for enrollment AND what your 1st and 2nd program choice are. KCTC's enrollment window is open from February 9 - March 13, so don't delay. Please note - filling out the form does not guarantee enrollment, it is just part of the application process.
5. Those wanting to enroll in Criminal Justice must then also submit a completed application to the address shown by February 28. These will be available on the KCTC CJ website in January.
6. You will be notified in May of your status, via a letter in the mail.
