• Staff and students should be dropped off at our "Visitors" Athletic Entrance.
• Buses are permitted to park in our bus parking lot while they wait

Check-In

Please send a staff member to the check-in table when you arrive.

StriveScan Registration

All visiting students should register for a StriveScan barcode before the event at www.StriveFair.com.

Select "Michigan" as the event location and "03/05/26 - Caledonia High School" for the event they are attending. The process should take no more than 2 minutes. 

Students will show their barcode to each rep they are interested in. This will allow schools to send information via email. In addition, they will receive a report the day after the event, with contact information for every school they visited.

Drop-Off

Materials can be dropped off at the "HOME" or "VISITORS" Athletic Entrance labeled between 8:15 and 8:45 AM. Student volunteers will be available to help transport items and set-up. 

Parking

After dropping off your materials, please move your car to the south end of the bus parking area or north end of the staff lot. Shuttles will be available to bring you back to the entry. There is NO PARKING allowed in the student lot.

StriveScan

We have partnered with StriveScan to bring electronic student scanning to our college fair. Using the StriveScan mobile app, you will be able to easily scan students' barcodes to collect their information. 

You can purchase a college fair credit directly from the StriveScan website or via their mobile app at any point prior to our fair. Credits never expire and can be used at any fair throughout the country!
