Health Net of West Michigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community health through client-centered resource navigation, education and training for social service professionals, and relationship-building across systems. In collaboration with their partners, they address social determinants of health and advocate for increased access to resources to foster a healthier community for all.

Network180 Kent County Community Mental Health Authority, serves adults, youth and families seeking help with mental health, substance use or intellectual & developmental disabilities. They offer a coordinated, enhanced and more seamless experience to better provide behavioral health care and integrated primary care to community members seeking help.
When you contact Network180 for services, your first contact will be the Access Line. They will assist you with the next steps.
