Our Early Learning Programs at Caledonia Community Schools

Caledonia Community Schools offers a comprehensive range of early learning programs designed to support children and families at every stage, from entry-level playgroup through Kindergarten and Young Fives.  Whether you are looking for preschool options or planning ahead for elementary school, CCS provides clear pathways and developmentally appropriate experiences for our youngest learners.

CCS Early Learning Programs Include:

• CCS PreK (4 Year Old)
  Free, full-day, and tuition-based PreK options are offered at elementary schools and overflow space at the Duncan Lake Early Childhood Center based on enrollment needs

• CCS Preschool (3 Year Olds)
  Tuition-based preschool offered exclusively at the Duncan Lake Early Childhood Center (DLECC)

• Little Scots Playgroup
  Tuition-based playgroup for children under age 3, providing an introduction to early learning at the Duncan Lake Early Childhood Center (DLECC)

• Additional Early Childhood Programming
  Specialized programs and services designed to meet a variety of early learning needs

Preschool & PreK Open House

Families with young learners are invited to attend the Preschool & PreK Open House to learn more about CCS Preschool and PreK programs.

This open house is an opportunity to:
