Chromebook Repairs
If a district-issued Chromebook needs repair, the student or parent/guardian may bring it to the main office at the student's school.
A temporary loaner device may be provided if one is available. On-site repairs are generally estimated at 24–48 hours, depending on the availability of parts. The school will contact the student when the repair is complete.
Families who do not participate in ChromeCare will be responsible for applicable repair costs. Charges will be added to the student's account.

Families are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement for district-issued Chromebooks when damage or loss is not covered by the ChromeCare Plan.
Repair prices include the replacement part and labor. Labor is calculated at $35 per hour for these repairs.
