Bond Updates

Caledonia Community Schools continues to make strong progress on bond-funded projects across the district, with several new updates underway. This spring, major renovations will begin at Duncan Lake Middle School, including an expanded and redesigned cafeteria, upgraded kitchen and serving areas, a new activity entrance, exterior improvements, and a future canopy addition to enhance safety and flow, with work continuing in phases through summer 2027. 

In addition, Cal-Plex Phase II will move forward this summer, completing long-planned expansion of the site with new open field spaces, increased parking, improved traffic flow, enhanced lighting, and infrastructure upgrades to better support student activities and community youth sports. These projects reflect the district’s continued commitment to delivering on the promises of the 2023 bond while planning thoughtfully for future growth.
