Calendar Support
All Caledonia Community Schools buildings use Google Calendar to make it easier for families to stay connected to school events and activities.
Simply click the calendar links below to subscribe. Once added, events will appear in your personal calendar and update automatically as changes are made.

Adding Google Calendars by URL
To add a calendar to your Google Calendar:
- Copy the calendar URL below.
- Open Google Calendar on a computer.
- On the left side, find Other calendars and click the +.
- Select From URL.
- Paste the calendar URL into the URL of calendar field.
- Click Add calendar.
- Below you will find district calendars that can be added by URL
More Calendar Information
All district and school calendars are also synced with the CCS website and app. You will need to subscribe to each calendar you would like to see in your personal calendar.

Using iCal Feed
Subscribing to a calendar’s iCal feed is a great way to have the events be added to your ‘personal’ calendar automatically. While there are many programs that use iCal, the two that will be highlighted in this article are I-Phone and Google Calendar.

Athletic Calendar Support
Athletic calendars are housed on the Event Link website. To view a specific athletic calendar, follow the steps below.
- Go to the CHS Athletics EventLink website or the DLMS/KMIS Athletic EventLink website(Coming Soon).
- Select view all events.
- Under events select the sport you'd like to view and hit search.
- In the sub-menu select the sport.
- In next sub-menu select the level. (Varsity, JV, Freshman, CoEd)
- Select the subscribe button in the upper-righthand corner above the schedule.
- Follow the directions to subscribe.
