How to use Clever

Our schools use Clever as an easy way for students to access all the learning applications they use at school in a single location: the Clever Portal.

To assist any students in your household with continuing their learning at home, simply have them log in to the Clever Portal using the directions provided below.

How can I help my child log in?
  1. Go to External Linkclever.com/in/caledonia

  2. Click the “Clever Badge log in” if you wish to sign in via QR Code provided by your student’s teacher.  (Must have a webcam via computer, this will not work from a smartphone)

    • If not, click on “School Email Address”. Your student’s email address should follow this format (first name + last name + @calschools.org).

    • (Example: johnsmith@calschools.org)

    • Your student’s password should follow this format - 
      (capital first initial + studentID)

    • (example: J1110000)

  3. Once into the Clever Portal, students will have the ability to sign into several applications. (IE: Google Classroom, IReady, etc)
