Volunteer with Caledonia Community Schools

Thank you for showing up for our students. Your time, care, and support help create welcoming schools where students can learn and thrive.

Volunteers play an important role in our classrooms, activities, events, and programs. Whether you're helping in a classroom, chaperoning a field trip, supporting an event, or assisting with extracurricular activities, your involvement makes a difference.

Before volunteering, please:

• Review the Volunteer Handbook.
• Complete the annual Volunteer Acknowledgement Form and Volunteer Consent & Background Check Form.
• Submit your forms at least ten (10) business days before your volunteer activity whenever possible.
• Wait for District approval before volunteering.

The Volunteer Handbook includes important information about expectations, student safety, confidentiality, and the volunteer approval process to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.
